As Director of Audit & HR Services for Berkshire, Lynn A. Clements oversees Berkshire’s audit defense practice. Throughout her career, Lynn has provided clients with strategic insight and practical compliance and risk management advice in hundreds of OFCCP compliance reviews.
With more than 20 years of experience, including serving in high-level policy positions at both the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Lynn is a regular presenter of management and employee training at all levels of organizations and has testified before Congress regarding EEO and pay equity issues. She is currently Secretary for the Baltimore Industry Liaison Group (BILG) and a faculty member of the Institute for Workplace Equality.
Stephanie advises government contractors on a variety of matters such as Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance, subcontracting and teaming issues, small business requirements, and federal government-contracts specific labor and employment laws, including the Service Contract Labor Standards. Stephanie represents government contractors in bid protests and claims before the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Government Accountability Office, and Boards of Contract Appeals. Stephanie also advises corporate clients and executives on a variety of business and employment related matters, including prime-sub disputes, non-compete disputes, breach of contract claims, and labor and employment compliance.
Declan leads the Employment Law practice at Berenzweig Leonard, where he works with companies and executives to navigate the maze of employment and business laws. Declan is intricately knowledgeable about the numerous federal and state laws and regulations affecting the workplace and regularly advises companies and executives in all facets of the employment relationship, from the hiring stage through the termination process. Declan also has extensive experience in handling non-compete and trade secret disputes that often arise during workplace transitions. Declan has handled a multitude of corporate transactional work for the firm’s business clients, including the negotiation and preparation of asset purchase agreements, stock transfer agreements, and corporate formation documents.
