Game changer: How the 2023 changes to the Scheduling Letter have impacted OFCCP audits (so far)

Recorded: April 24, 2024

Last August, OFCCP released a new Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing that is changing the game for all supply and service compliance reviews. The new Scheduling Letter significantly expands the breadth and scope of OFCCP compliance evaluations up front, and many contractors are finding the new requirements burdensome and confusing.

Having supported over a hundred audits in the last year alone, Lynn Clements, Director of Audit and HR Services, will share what she has learned about current OFCCP audits since the new Scheduling Letter and where she anticipates the agency is heading. Important developments covered will include OFCCP’s focus on AAP implementation, common information requests, more intensive audits, pay equity reviews, artificial intelligence, and much more.

In this session, Lynn will explain the new requirements and detail key lessons that all contractors should know.

Attendees can expect to learn about:

recent OFCCP audit trends based on real-life experience;
future changes anticipated to come from OFCCP; and
what changes contractors need to make to be prepared for this new compliance environment.
